P.E (Mechanical, Building Services) ျဖစ္ျခင္တယ္ဆိုရင္
တကယ္ေတာ့ ဒီေဆာင္းပါးကိုမေရးျခင္ပါဘူး။ လက္ရွိျဖစ္ပ်က္ေနတဲ့ အေျခ အေနအရ မေရးရင္ ပိုဆိုးလာမွာကို ၾကိဳျမင္ေနလို ့ေရးလိုက္ ရတာပါ။ မည္သည့္လူပုဂၢိဳလ္၊ အဖဲြအစည္းကို မွရည္ရြယ္ျခင္းမရွိပါဘူး။ ဆရာလုပ္ျခင္းလည္းမဟုတ္ပါ။ မနာလိုျခင္းလည္းမဟုတ္ပါ။
P.E (Mechanical, Building Services) ျဖစ္ျခင္တယ္ဆိုရင္ေအာက္ပါ အခ်က္မ်ားကို သိထားဖို ့လိုပါလိမ့္မယ္။
၁) Services.
အရင္ဆံုးသိထားသင့္တာကေတာ့ ဘာ services ေတြပါသလဲဆိုတာပါ။ အဓိကပါတာကေတာ့
A) Air-Conditioning System
B ) Mechanical Ventilation System
C) Fire Protection System
D) Plumbing System
E) Sanitary System
F) Vertical Transport System
G) Engineered Smoke Control System
H) Green Mark & Energy Saving
- Air-Conditioning System မွာ Cooling Load Calculation, Duct Design, Pipe Design, Equipment Selection, Static Loss Calculation, တို ့ပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။
- Mechanical Ventilation System မွာ Ventilation Requirement Calculation, M/V design for car park, fire fighting lobby, staircase pressurization, escape corridor, smoke stop lobby, M&E rooms, etc တို ့ပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။
- Fire Protection System မွာ Automatic Sprinkler System, Dry & Wet Risers, Hose reel, Fire Hydrant, Fire Alarm, Water Monitor System, Fire Suppression System, Fire Extinguisher တို ့ပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။
- Plumbing System မွာ water services, Gas Distribution
တို ့ပါ၀င္ ပါတယ္။
- Sanitary System မွာ solid waste, grease trap, water treatment (only pump, not the treatment process) တို ့ပါ ၀င္ပါတယ္။ (သတိထားရမွာက အဲ့ဒီ System က အေဆာက္အဦထဲမွာပဲ အၾကံဳး၀င္ပါတယ္။ အေဆာက္အဦအျပင္ဖက္ Last IC ကေန manhole အထိဆက္ျပီးရင္ Building Services Scope ျပီးဆံုးပါျပီ။ က်န္တဲ့အပိုင္းက Civil Engineer ကဆက္လုပ္ရမွာပါ။)
- Vertical Transport System ကေတာ့ Lift, Escalator, Travelator တို ့ပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။
- Engineered Smoke Control System ကေတာ့မီးေလာင္ခဲ့ရင္ မီးခိုးကို အျမန္ဆံုး ဘယ္လိုထုတ္မလည္းဆိုတာ စဥ္းစားရတာပါ။ Specialist Service တခုျဖစ္လို ့P.E (Mech) တဦးက သပ္သပ္ၾကီးၾကပ္ပါတယ္။
- Green Mark & Energy Saving မွာေတာ့ မီတာခဘယ္လို သက္သာေအာင္လုပ္ရမလည္းဆိုတာ Architect နဲ ့ေပါင္းျပီး Design လုပ္ရတာပါ။ ETTV, RTTV, U value for Roof calculation ကိုလည္း လုပ္ရပါတယ္။
၂) သိထားသင့္ေသာ Codes of Practice မ်ား
ျမန္မာျပည္ကထုတ္ထားတဲ့ code ေတြဆိုရင္ Myanmar National Building Codes (MNBC) ကိုသိထားသင့္ပါတယ္။ ေလာေလာဆယ္ Singapore Codes တခ်ိဳ ့ေတြကို မွီျငမ္းျပဳေနရလုိ ့
SS 553, SS 554, CP 10, CP 52, SS 575, CP 48, Code of practice on Sewerage and Sanitary Works (2004), SS 550, SS 608, Green Mark 2015, Singapore Fire Code (2013) တို ့ကို လည္းေလ့လာထားဖို ့လိုပါတယ္။
ထို ့အျပင္ Design Knowledge, Site Experiences, တို ့လည္းရွိဖို ့လို ပါတယ္။ Safety Rules and Regulations အေၾကာင္းလည္းေလ့လာ ထားသင့္ပါတယ္။ ထို ့အျပင္ ဌာနဆိုင္ရာက ထုတ္ျပန္ထားတဲ့
စည္းမ်ဥ္းမ်ားကိုလည္း သိထားသင့္ပါတယ္။ ဥပမာ ( CQHP, YCDC etc)
အထက္ေဖာ္ျပပါ အခ်က္မ်ားကို နားလည္သိရွိျပီဆိုရင္ P.E (Mechanical, Building Services) ကို ရဲရဲ၀င့္၀င္ ေလွ်ာက္ၾကပါ။
လက္ရွိၾကားေနရေသာ သတင္းမ်ားအရဆိုလွ်င္ အင္တာဗ်ဳးလာေျဖၾက သူမ်ားတြင္ Service တခု၊ ၂ ခုေလာက္သာ သိျခင္း ။ Design အေၾကာင္းနားမလည္ျခင္း။ Codes မ်ား အေၾကာင္းေသေသခ်ာခ်ာ နားမလည္ျခင္း (တခ်ိဳ ့ဆိုလွ်င္ Codes ကိုလံုး၀မဖတ္ထားပါ။ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ code ရွိေၾကာင္းလည္းမသိၾကပါ)။ CQHP ဆိုသည္ ကိုပင္မသိၾကျခင္း။အစရွိသျဖင့္ လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားစြာရွိေနေသးေၾကာင္း သိရွိေနရပါတယ္။ လံုး၀မျဖစ္သင့္ေသာကိစၥမ်ားဟု ယူဆရမွာပါ။
PE တေယာက္ရဲ့ တန္ဖိုးဟာ Codes and Design ကို ဘယ္ေလာက္အထိ နားလည္သေဘာေပါက္သ လဲ ဆိုတဲ့အေပၚ မွာမူတည္ပါတယ္။ ဘာေၾကာင့္လည္းဆိုေတာ့ Codes and Design Compliance အတြက္ တာ၀န္အျပည့္ယူထားရလို ့ပါ။ ေငြရတာတခုတည္းအေနနဲ့ေတာ့ PE အတြက္ မၾကိဳးစားသင့္ပါ။
က်ြန္ေတာ္လည္း တခ်ိဳ ့codes ေတြကို အတိအက်မသိေသးလို ့ကိုယ့္ ထက္ ပိုတတ္ပိုသိတဲ့သူေတြကို ေမးေနရတုန္းပါ။ အကုန္လံုး က-အ သိ
ဖို ့ဆို တာ မျဖစ္နိဳင္ပါ။ အေရးၾကီးတဲ့၊ သိသင့္သိထိုက္တာေတြ
ေတာ့သိထား ေလ့လာထားသင့္ပါတယ္။
တကယ္သိ၊ တကယ္တတ္တဲ့ P.E (Mechanical , Building Services) မ်ား ျဖစ္ၾကပါေစ။

က်ြန္ေတာ္ စကၤာပူ PE ပါ။ ၂၀၁၄ က ရခဲ့တာပါ။ ျမန္မာျပည္က PE ကို ၂၀၁၅ မွာရခဲ့ပါတယ္။ စကၤာပူမွာ Mechanical PE အေနနဲ့ပဲ ရွိတာမွန္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ ျမန္မာျပည္မွာ Mechanical PE ကို အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳး ခဲြၾကလို ့Building Services ဆိုျပီး သပ္သပ္ေပၚ လာတာပါ။လာတာပါ။
